“Leadership and Business Skills for an Inspired Future”
There are few business skills as challenging as leadership. Why? Because Leadership is about the people more than the product, service, skill or even the strategy. Product, service, skill, and strategy are all incredibly important, but without inspired and motived people, we will not see the desired results. At SYNC’D Vietnam, we build and equip leaders with the skills, perspectives, and tools necessary to lead an inspired and motivated team. We also coach entrepreneurs and young professionals in valuable business principles like strategic decision making, business strategy, organizational management, and many other aspects of business operations.
We also believe that you will not grow by doing the same things you have always done. Therefore, while we value the “tried and true” methods used by many successful businesses, we pursue excellence with a an open mind to innovate and grow beyond what we have seen in the past or can even imagine today. If this is what you are looking for, please contact SYNC’D Vietnam. We look forward to the opportunity to join you on your journey to make your dreams come true!

BRANNAN HESTER (ANH BRANNAN) - CEO OF SYNC'D VIETNAM
BRANNAN’S BACKGROUND
Brannan Hester, Director of SYNC’D, is an American businessman with more than 15 years of bank management, commercial insurance, and team leadership experience. Brannan became a Branch Manager and Bank Officer for Regions Bank at the age of 24. After just 3 years in this role, his ability to manage profitable operations became noticed by bank executives who offered him the opportunity to lead the top-rated branch, based on profitability, in the entire bank. There, he managed more 80 million USD in customer deposits and a 10 million USD loan portfolio.
After 5 years with Regions Bank, Brannan transitioned to become an AVP/Branch Manager for Bank of the Ozarks (recently changed name to Bank OZK) where he had the opportunity to gain more experience with consumer lending and credit analysis. During his tenure at Bank of the Ozarks, he also spent nearly 2 years with 2 separate branches reporting directly to him. Brannan was with Bank of the Ozarks for more than 8 years before exiting the banking industry to enter the commercial insurance market. For 3 years, he had the role of Commercial Insurance Underwriter for a secondary market insurance brokerage company. Combined with his lending experience, this helped round out his understanding of financial risk analysis.
Brannan moved to Ho Chi Minh City in 2016 because of the rising potential in the start-up and entrepreneur market of Vietnam. This is important to him because his passion is to see entrepreneurs grow to become inspired and influential business professionals within the community. Drawing on more than 15 years of conversations, interactions, and coaching with business owners seeking solutions to financial and operational challenges, Brannan has developed a unique ability to use strategic thinking to effectively analyze the financial and operational efficiencies of businesses operating in many different industries.
Understanding the value of strong team dynamics combined with detailed focus on sound financial management, Brannan is able to guide business owners toward the results needed to grow revenue that can sustain. Understanding the relationship between business activities
and the resulting sales and expenses is crucial to evaluating the potential financial prosperity of a company. Many times, focus can be too focused on generating additional revenue to the point that expenses become out of control due to lack of attention. Profit is a mixture of revenue generation and expense management. Through careful examinations of a company’s financial statements, Brannan can analyze certain strengths and weaknesses to help the business owner identify areas that need to be addressed to improve company performance.
Brannan is also a relational consultant who believes that building an inspired, focused, and empowered team will be the key factor in producing those results. This happens when we find consistency in alignment of the team strategies and activities with the team standards, such as Vision, Mission, Purpose, and Core Values. When the entire team understands how their role and performance are instrumental to the company achieving its objectives, this serves as valuable motivation that will increase effort and attention in all areas of the company. Leaders and business owners who help every team member understand these connections will more effectively guide their teams to success and ultimately to achieving greater results than even the best worker could achieve on their own.
